All goods are in full ownership of PG Radiance LLC until payment is complete. Any defected product must be claimed and returned with a notice within 10 days after receipt of product. The warranty does not cover damages sustained in or during shipment of product. 

PG Radiance LLC offers a 5 year warranty on LED life and a 2 year warranty on battery pack and charger from date of invoicing. 

We guarantee that the product will perform as it is intended to by the manufacturer in adherence to the instruction. 

We pledge that during our warranty period all claims for defected products will be repaired free of charge, if damage was caused by defects in material, design or craftsmanship. 

If a complaint has been made about a defected product, the customer must prove that the product was defective upon receipt of it. The warranty does not cover defects which have occurred as a result of misuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage or abuse.

PG Radiance LLC is the only company that is authorized to run warranty repairs. 

Unauthorized repairs will nullify the warranty.

Our products should only be used with accessories manufactured and sold by PG Radiance LLC.

Any use of non authorized accessories, failure to follow instructions or any attempt to disassemble this product will nullify the warranty.

No returns are accepted without prior authorization from PG Radiance LLC.
